We have won many local and national awards for our range of   Lancashire, blended and naturally smoked cheese.

We source only the finest ingredients from approved suppliers and use vegetarian rennet and starter cultures. Our products are suitable for various lifestyles –vegetarian, Halal, Kosher and free range.

All staff are trained in Basic Food Safety and Health & Safety within the workplace and operate to the Company’s strict protocols and procedures

Our Accreditations

Written by experienced food safety experts, SALSA is a robust and effective food safety certification scheme which is appropriate for smaller food producers and processors. Approved suppliers can demonstrate that they operate to standards that are recognised and accepted across the industry and exceed the minimum standards expected by enforcement authorities.
