Delightful Visit from Millbrook Dairy's Adventurers

We had the pleasure of welcoming Kevin Beer and David Evans from Millbrook Dairy for a flying visit this afternoon. These intrepid travelers are on an incredible 1,600-mile Tuk-Tuk journey from Devon to the Orkney Islands, all in the name of raising funds for BBC Children in Need.

Their journey, filled with stops at local dairies across Britain, brought them to Sandhams in sunny Lancashire. It was a joy to host them, even briefly, and share a bit of our passion for dairy craftsmanship. After soaking up the Lancashire sunshine and sampling some of our finest offerings, Kevin and David continued their adventure up the road to visit our friends at Dewlay Cheesemakers.

But the journey didn’t stop there! They soon crossed the border into what we playfully refer to as the "dark side" — none other than Yorkshire. 😉 Their determination and enthusiasm are truly inspiring, and it’s heartwarming to see such dedication toward a great cause.
