JJ Sandham Ltd is wholly committed to establishing and maintaining an environment and formal systems and procedures which are deemed to conform with relevant requirements of current UK legislation relating to food safety & quality, such as the implementation of a formal HACCP system and working in conjunction with The Specialist Cheese Makers Code of Practice’.
