Smoked Cheddar Cheese Truckle, 200g

This delicious Cheddar is aged for many months where it develops a rich and creamy texture, with a mature, tangy taste. We then lightly smoke the cheese for 8 hours, in our custom built, on site smokehouse over oak chips, giving an exceptionally tasty cheese, with a nutty, naturally smoked flavour.

This cheese truckle is produced by JJ Sandham Ltd, made in Lancashire.
