Smoked Cheddar Cheese Truckle, 200g

Our smoked mature Cheddar is lovingly made in individual batches. This delicious Cheddar is aged for many months where it develops a rich and creamy texture, with a mature, tangy taste. We lightly smoke the Cheddar over oak wood, giving an exceptionally tasty cheese, with a nutty subtly smokey flavour.
